I went to my happy place today, I had a full body massage. It is a big luxury for me, it is costly ($65)but oh so worth it to me!..my therapist knows so well just how hard to work on me, and remembers how much I love to have my feet rubbed- she is the best!!
I go once a month but I would love to go more often. She has me choose what scent of oil, the table has a warmer under the mattress pad and a down comforter on top-along with nice, gentle music it is a total mind, body and spirit renewal.
I know the picture is blurry- I was trying to hurry and take it before I got undressed for my massage. How about you?..do you get massages?

Oh that looks (and sounds) heavenly. Unfortunately, I haven't had a massage since I was pregnant with Christopher... or maybe it was even longer ago when I was pg with Lexi. Yikes!
I've never had a massage. Sad...I know. I'm afraid of giggling uncontrollably because I'm so ticklish.
I don't get them often enough. Monthly would be nice. Good for you!
I get them every 3 weeks, medical insurance pays for all but a $20copay. I also get mini massages at physical therapy once a week. Still doesn't keep the headaches at bay, but it helps! Matthew gets them every 4-6 weeks to help with his scoliosis tightening his back (insurance pays there, too).
