that is the question!..Roger and I find ourselves rattling around in this big house..we have 3 bedrooms and a bathroom that no one even uses!..with the downturn of the housing market/economy it may not be the best time to try and sell, but we may just give it a try..it would be nice to not have a huge payment anymore!

That would be a tough decision to make. The idea of a smaller house payment would definitely be appealing, that's for certain.
If only we were ready to buy...we love your house and neighbors.
We are trying to decide the same thing. If we don't sell we wanna refi but if we do try to sell there is no point in a refi right now. UGH! Good luck with your decision.
